Stellarleap is an AI-powered interview preparation platform developed by FAANG leaders to help candidates master technical and behavioral interviews through realistic, interactive practice. Designed to simulate actual interview conditions, it provides a judgment-free environment where users can refine their skills with role-specific questions tailored to Software Engineering, Product Management, Technical Program Management, and Engineering Leadership roles.

We built Stellarleap to replicate the pressure and nuances of real interviews, so candidates can focus on growth—not guesswork. Stellarleap aims to democratize access to FAANG-level interview coaching by combining AI precision with human-centric design.

Team

Stellarleap is founded and advised by engineering and product management leaders in the tech industry including current and prior FAANG employees in San Francisco Bay Area. The founders have conducted over 180 interviews across the spectrum in popular technology companies such as Google, Meta, Cisco, Amazon etc.

Through our experience, we’ve observed that many candidates are eliminated in interviews not because they lack capability, expertise, or experience, but because they struggle to articulate their abilities effectively. This represents a loss for both companies and candidates. Our goal is to bridge this gap by providing expert-led conversational practice—replacing passive content consumption—to help candidates prepare with confidence and clarity.
